If you are considering taking your home’s entertainment system to the next level, you really have 1 decision to make, “Who are you going to trust to provide you with the information and equipment, so that when you are done with your project you will be more than happy with the outcome?” If you are considering using Theater Xtreme, you are going in the right direction.
My experience goes like this…. My wife and I wanted to add some speakers throughout our new home. After spending much time on-line researching product and equipment, we wanted to hear a few systems. We visited Theater Xtreme in Cranberry Township to get an idea of what we should expect in terms of sound quality. As soon as we entered the store, we were warmly welcomed. We met Tim and he took the time to show us, not only the equipment we reviewed on numerous websites, but others that he recommended based on our conversation. We found out that Tim was the owner of the store. You could easily see his passion for his business and his high standards.
When we left that afternoon, we still had a lot of questions but the one question that was “locked in” was “Who was going to help us get our system up and running?” Theater Xtreme.
Over the next few weeks, we called and emailed Tim asking additional questions and getting input on our project. During this time, Tim always answered our questions. He supplied us with guidance and his opinions as to how to make it a great system. Once we made up our minds, it was time to get it all in place.
On Installation Day 1, the team arrived promptly and ready to work. They were friendly, courteous, polite and very respectful of our house. They brought drop cloths to place their tools and equipment so that the floors were not damaged. They removed their “outside” shoes and put on their “inside” shoes. When they were installing the speakers in the ceiling and walls, they did it in such a way to minimize the drywall dust and then vacuumed immediately. At the end of the installation, the team took the time to explain the new system. We sat down on the couch taking about 30 minutes going over all of the features and how to use them. They worked fast and when they were done, other than our new system, you couldn’t tell they were ever in the house.
Our System? We added ceiling speakers in numerous rooms, a flat screen TV, along with Blu-ray player and amp. T.E installed another TV (wall mounted) in a bedroom. All of these speakers/rooms are linked together by our new Sonos system. If you enjoy music, you should explore a Sonos system. If you fully utilize it, you will never buy a CD again and have instant access to almost any song that has ever been recorded!
We absolutely enjoy our system. It is nothing less than spectacular. I am simply blown away each time we sit down to watch TV, enjoy a movie or to listen to music. We couldn’t have done it without the guidance, experience, and knowledge from Tim and his team at Theater Xtreme. They fully exceeded our expectations in every single aspect of our project. So if you are at the point of asking, “Who are you going to trust to provide you with the information and equipment so that when you are done with your project you will be more that happy with the outcome?” My answer would be Theater Xtreme.
